Terre Haute IN - Herz-Rose Park

In 2025, MSI Construction proudly served as the General Contractor for the City of Terre Haute, Indiana’s new Herz-Rose Park—one of the finest public parks in the state. Designed as a vibrant destination for families throughout the Wabash Valley, Herz-Rose Park delivers amenities and design quality that rival premier parks in Carmel, Fishers, and Noblesville.

The project features a rustic, cedar-clad event center offering public restrooms and flexible rental space for community gatherings, alongside a state-of-the-art playground, thoughtfully designed landscaping, and expansive open green spaces. At the heart of the park, a stunning fountain plaza with splash pad provides an inviting focal point for recreation and relaxation.

Herz-Rose Park also celebrates art and community identity. A custom basketball court mural—created by local artists in collaboration with the Indiana Pacers—adds a bold visual statement, while the public art installation Reaching for Ryves highlights community involvement. Developed through a partnership between Art Spaces, Inc. and artist Greg Mueller, the installation consists of five arch sculptures incorporating handprints from local schoolchildren, symbolizing creativity, growth, and collective pride.
