Indiana State University - Science Building Plaza Renovations

MSI Construction, INC. served as the General Contractor for the Indiana State University Science Building Plaza renovation, and was completed in 2022. The $1,600,000 project addresses long-standing water infiltration problems with the previous EPDM roofing membrane.

Work included the construction of a new EPDM roof membrane with drains under the Paver system, along with a new ADA-compliant ramp and stairs.
