Clinton Freight Depot

In 2013 MSI Construction completed the historical renovation of the Clinton Chicago & Eastern Illinois Freight Depot.



Constructed 1904 in the Renaissance Revival/Craftsman style is located at 100 North Water Street in Clinton. The one-story brick building features a foundation of ranged field stone, rock faced with a natural cement mortar.



The building now operates as event space for the Little Italy Festival on Labor Day Weeked.
