Center Point Vol. Fire Dept -New Fire Station

MSI Construction served as the General Contractor for the Center Point Volunteer Fire Department – New Fire Station. This project involved the construction of a new 65’ x 80’ fire station utilizing a pre-engineered steel frame building designed to support modern emergency response operations.

The facility includes four 14’ x 14’ apparatus bay doors and two 10’ x 8’ garage doors, providing efficient access for emergency vehicles and equipment. Interior spaces feature a kitchen, training room, dispatch area and offices, three ADA-compliant restrooms, and a dedicated shower room, ensuring functionality, accessibility, and comfort for department personnel.

Designed by Architect Plus, the project was completed with a strong focus on durability, efficiency, and long-term service to the community. The finished station reflects the high-quality workmanship of skilled union craftsmen, resulting in a facility the department and community can be proud of.
